Ballad of Birmingham By Dudley Randall

annotationdocument

After we have gone over the poetic features of Ballad of Birmingham and learned to annotate, you will be doing the same thing to a song of your choice (please find one that is not explicit, thank you).

You can use this site here to find the lyrics to your chosen song or any other you are familiar with.

At home classroom instructions Monday M-Z Tuesday A-L

  • Please reread the Ballad of Birmingham and see if you can’t find those poetic devices we talked about in class Monday/Tuesday.
  • In preparation for our final project, I also want to think about places you are most comfortable in. Take a photo for class if you can (using a phone is fine). Having more than one place is better than just one.
  • If you have not added to all the Jamboards from Monday/Tuesday’s class, please make sure you have that aswell.
  • No Red Ink
