Good Morning!

Yesterday, we looked at the non-fiction essay by Bertrand Russell “What I Have Lived For” as well as various videos that reflect upon our theme ‘The Human Condition’. Today we will continue our search of our inquiry theme “The Human Condition”.

-We will be doing a ‘modeling’ exercise –going through a children’s book to explore various themes.  This book is called “The Forgiveness Garden”.  As I read, and after, you will be responsible for two worksheets:

-“Pathways To A Theme” (found on Sharepoint)

-“Building Understanding…”

-If time, you will do the same exercise in groups of 3. You may choose from a variety of children’s books on hand.
