*Grade 9 Immunizations:  Leadership Support:  Wednesday February 7th

Wear your Green Shirts!

• Arrive for 8:30 am for set up/briefing with me (all students who will be volunteering):  Graydon, Dylan, Nathan, Jaila, Ella,Sadra

Period 1:  Gabby, Ella, Jaila, Graydon

Period 2:  Riley, Aidan, Maddie, Catherine, Alex,

Period 3: Julia, Sophie, Alex, Dylan, Graydon, Hanan, Siyam

• Then 2 or 3 students per block (blocks 1, 2, and 3) (note we will be based out of the music room area it sounds like)

• Leadership students will help with set up of chairs and tables in the morning, and putting up signage
• Plus take down at the end of block 3
• PA announcements (to call down grade 9’s alphabetically), juice and cookies to those in need, crowd control, providing small chat before and after to keep the mood light, sit with a student who needs extra company during their 15-minute wait, be a runner to classrooms if needed, assist the VP/Fraser Health Nurse with any other emergent task😊

*Group Activity:  Team Building/Building Trust

a) You will be divided into groups

b) In your group, you are to come up with a task or activity that other groups must complete.  The intent of this is to make each group collaborate with their team members…you can draw inspiration from pinterest, youtube, the internet etc.

c)  Once you decide you your team building activity, you must create clear instructions for the other groups so that they can follow and complete the task/ activity etc. that you are asking of them.

*Group Themed Lunches

-Do we need time to organize? (posters, announcements, flyers, etc…)…I know we have to hang some posters too…
