Good Morning!

*Volunteer Opportunity:  We need some volunteers today in Period 4 to help bring in items for KidsSport…If you don’t have a test and think your teacher may be amenable…let me know…

*Best Buddies:

We are going to put the desks into groups so that hopefully we can move around the room a little…

a)  Draw a portrait of “me” –using materials from outside –leaves, pinecones, grass etc…?

  1. Collect some natural materials such as leaves, twigs, seeds, berries and feathers – anything you can find on a walk or in your garden.
  2. On a piece of  paper, ask your group to draw a stick person or face.
  3. Apply glue or sticky tape over your stick person or face drawing.
  4. Ask your group to create a portrait of themselves by sticking the natural materials they collected to their stick person or face drawing.
