NOTE: Only one of Foods Studies 11 or Études sur l’Alimentation 11 can be taken for credit.  

Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of food as you explore diverse culinary techniques and create dishes of your choice. After a review of the basics, dive into hands-on cooking experiences that are as delicious as they are educational. Students will work together in groups to create various dishes and compete against other groups in themed competitions.
