My group baked brownies for our lab and they turned out great. We didn’t have many problems with the lab, everything went smoothley and according to plan. We managed our time well and in the end had enough time to enjoy our food. We tried to make this recipe a little more challenging by using a cup cake tray instead of a regular square pan, and yes it was more difficut. Because the brownie mix is thicker than cupcake mix, it was difficult to place a spoon full into each cupcake liner without the liner popping out or making a mess. Over all they turned out really good and i would definitly bake them again in the future.
