This year, I had the opportunity to explore the topics censorship and identities more. I now have a better understanding of what they are about and how they reflect on our society. I learned better ways to write and format an essay and how to write a synthesis essay. My thinking did expand because I had to look in a different perspective on the way we see things and or read. Two things that I am proud of are I was able to complete my essay on time in a few days and that I put a lot of effort into this synthesis essay Two things I will improve are in-text citations and having my topic sentences connect to the paragraphs.
Kairi, Adriano, and I created a computer to represent a website. The website we designed was to help improve the refugee system and how we can create a new form. Refugees are excluded, unfamiliar with their new surroundings, and are trying to keep their culture/identity. The website is to take the opinions of the general public, politicians, and refugees on how the system can be improved and what they want to see.
