This course is a continuation of the skills practiced in IT Peer Tutoring 11. There is an increased expectation for involvement and taking on responsibility with course activities, as well as a focus on developing problem solving techniques with students learning multiple strategies including: identification of the problem, analysis of possible solutions, implementation of a solution and test/review.
