Are you ready to take your musicianship to the next level? Let’s ROCK! 

Rock Band provides a safe, supportive but vigorous venue for students to perform the music they know and love. The course will foster peer-to-peer development in the band setting, while encouraging the band to perform cohesively as a single unit. Students in Rock Band will also be introduced to the art of songwriting, both individually and collaboratively. In this linear course, students must rehearse twice a week as a band and must practice their individual part on their own time. Students will perform in at least two Rock Band concerts, learning how to captivate an audience and manage technical requirements. This is not a beginner class! Students must be proficient at any of the following instruments and auditions will be held in September: electric guitar, electric bass, keyboards, drums, and/or vocals.
