- Creative Writing Paragraph – Journal or Newspaper Article – Imagine you are a member of one of the British Colonies in North America and you are starting to hear rumors about confederation. You are decidedly against such a thing! Write either a journal or a newspaper editorial article focusing on your reasons why you would be against this. Be sure to describe your character briefly so that we can understand your stance more clearly. Use your textbook pgs 100 – 106 and your own research to help support your claims. You will need to complete two journals/editorial articles. Try to focus your main points clearly in each one.
