Stretch the kitchen

 

We decided to make a apple crumble for our lab this week. We substituted cinnamon for nutmeg and butter for margarine. Overall this went really well everybody helped put with the process and the finish product was good. I think for next time we would use bigger apples as the ones we used today were rather small, also I think I would use sweeter apples. We were definitely happy with the actual crumble, it was crunchy and sweet and warm.
