Reflection:

I’m proud of my imagery and the theme of warmth, I think the theme is novel and shows the atmosphere of the restaurant. For me, warmth means a feeling of memory, I want to show the though and recommend of the restaurant, and I try hard to make the imagery of the food and restaurant. Next time, I pay more attention on my grammar and commas and try hard to make the sentence easy to understand and less mistakes in the article.

Warm Sushi, Warm Heart At 16

What makes me impressed is 16 Sushi, a picturesque restaurant in my hometown. The sushi they make is my first encounter with Japanese cuisine. The price is one of the reason that appeals to me: 8 sushi only cost 16 yuan. When I first I tried it, I cannot forget that steaming hot sushi was served by the waiter with a lovely and warm smile. The scent of seaweed with rice, water drops is hanging on the meat floss. A warm mood flows into the heart like the fragrance, then you will be warmed by the steaming sushi. Besides the dish, the service of waiters also let people be comfortable. When customers are confused and not sure which dish is better, waiters will be glad to help and give some advice. In the Autumn and Winter, every customer in 16 Sushi will be served a free bowl of miso soup, which is a kind of Japanese traditional dish. In the small wooden bowl with a ring pattern, the green vegetable leaves float on the hazel soup, and the white jade tofu is inlaid in the middle of the soup. With the steaming miso soup goes into mouth with warm sushi, we can feel the rice and meat floss thaw in the soup and slip into stomach with soft seaweed. People won’t wait to taste it, when seeing the exquisite cuisine.

The white, warm steamfrom cuisine unhurriedly rises into the air around the bamboo ornament, which is dotted around the ceiling and next to the counter. No one can resist the temptation of the seat which is near the French window, when the meal is on the table, the clear glass will turn to white and gradually blur the landscape outside. In this hazy beauty, I will feel more enjoyable to the cuisine, and you as well.

In the evening , the pale yellow light spills down，the wooden square table cast a shadow. The atmosphere inside is warm with amity that can let a new people who came here for the first time feel a sense of happy and relaxed. Talk with laughter from familiar strangers, people cannot help but smile,the warm white steam rises slowly in front of face, take abite of sushi and a bite of soup, the feeling of tenderness in the mouth will carry to our heart. No matter how big the wind and rain outside, the heart gets warm in the small restaurant.

Every time I have a meal in 16 Sushi, time spent with my family will come back to me, so it means not only a cozy restaurant, but also a place of finding memories.   Inexpensive and traditional cooking can make me feel warm, if someone wants to find or make unforgettable memory, this is a place that won’t let you disappointed.
