He used to be a man with a strong personality. He liked to show his own opinions in work and painted different colours for each job, although his particular ideas were never appreciated by his boss， sometimes it’s refreshing and impressive. And one of the things that makes him special was that he is extreme, which is a big shortcoming. That day he went to work as usual, in the crowd, he seemed so special, handsome appearance and extraordinary temperament, he excitedly rushed to work. He went to the office and his boss called him in, and he was given an important project. But he didn’t so happy but very nervous, even he knew the boss’s emphasis on this project and also worried about his special idea will bring bad effects of the project, in order not to let the boss down, he completely in accordance with the traditional plan completed, even if he has some ideas that he knew he would make the project more refreshing, he didn’t use. When the project was completed, the boss was very happy to reward him with a black hat. He liked the hat very much and liked the praise from the boss even more. 1. Do you think that John and Emily are deceiving themselves about being able to do well in their English class?

Yes.  Because they close at the end of the semester is more busy than before, but also to practice in order to be selected as King and Queen for the dance, and they have to take part in the post – season games as well, so they don’t have enough time to complete the final project, because they a semester score, with the only sports activity at ordinary times, they can get C, but now their things so much, they are not likely to be beyond the usual level.

3. If they don’t do well on their English work, will they blame others or themselves?

Maybe themselves. They also know that they have other activities, which will lead to insufficient time. They also know the importance of this project. If they reduce some activities appropriately and give more time to the project, they will get good scores

4. What, if anything, might you do differently if you were in their place?

If I want to improve my English, I will put the production of English project in the first place and arrange other things after making sure that I can do my best. American Dream

American dream is the belief that a better life can be achieved only through hard work and unremitting efforts. Explanation:

Piggy will post his complaints about daily life and some Suggestions to improve the situation. Because he is afraid of Jack, he won’t talk about conflicts in front of people. The first post complained that the children were disrespecting what he said and they are doing something that would burn their future.  The second was jack grabbing Piggy’s glasses for the fire. Piggy was afraid of him, but he was still very dissatisfied. The third one  is about the inner guilt of Ralph after Simon’s death. Although Piggy also feels sorry, what they should do now is not to indulge in sadness and remorse, but to solve the current survival problems. Piggy’s language is generally logical because he has a strong intellectual background and he is always figuring out what is going on. Piggy has a wealth of knowledge, but his body and personality factors determine that he is not qualified to be a leader, so he will follow some people with leadership ability, and his own knowledge and mind will attract many children younger than him, because these children often lack independent ideas, will want to have a reliable person to guide them. People like Jack who look down on Piggy leave offensive comments, but people like Ralph share their feelings with him. If Piggy wants to leave a comment, it’s usually some attempt to get things on track. All the children on the island were related to piggy, but piggy’s friends were the only ones who piggy thought were helpful to the situation. The children on the island are all related to piggy, but piggy’s friends are the only people who piggy thinks are helpful to the status quo, such as Ralph, Simon and Sameric. After reading Lord of the flies and learning more about the character Piggy, I think most of what Piggy posts on Insta are about the progress of the whole novel, such as the departure of Jack and the death of Simon.It also fits with his goal of always figuring out how things are going and finding ways to help kids out.
