Salad Rolls

  1. I did because I found it fun to make a salad roll with the noodles and vegetables.
  2. I think I would use a peanut butter that does not have a lot of sugar and add more vegetables.
  3. Deep frying uses fat in the oil to cook the food to a crispy coat or a golden coat (Wikipedia). Deep frying oil that is over cooked can break down unwanted things that we don’t in our diet. (Cowhound.com).
