I think V is more of a freedom fighter because in the end everything he did was for good. He was fighting against a corrupt government and he was fighting for the people. He killed lots of people but in the situation the people were in it was good. Just like WWII against Hitler, there was no other way to do it because the government would not negotiate with anyone. They were killing innocent people and they wouldn’t stop. Lots of people will see him as more of a terrorist but there is a big difference between the two. V was fighting for the people. Terrorists kill innocent people and try to create fear in people. V did not try to create fear for the people but  tried to create fear in the government because they were doing bad things.
