Week 2 – Math 10

Had another “a-ha” moment this week (expect there to be a lot of those, as I have no means or am just too lazy to do the other options for these posts).

So to start off, fractions suck, I hate them and wish they would leave and never come back. Their like that one friend who everyone hates but you have to deal with them.

Yeah. That guy.

It’s why I eat pizza whole now. Just to spite fractions.

Anyway, figuring out how to solve fractions in square roots and what not? Pretty darn good feeling. The key, is to split.

It’s surprisingly easy, I’m just bad with fractions (why do you think I hate them).

Getting off my tangential rants, have a image because I’m too lazy to explain it.

Another successful fight, against the fraction menace.

(I get loopy at 3:00 A.M. In the morning, if it isn’t obvious. There are dragons in the kitchen)

Week 1 – Math 10

I had an “a-ha” moment during the first week. And a rather large one at that. It wasn’t anything to do with a question, but actually, it was just figuring out prime numbers.

Yes, something so basic.

For the longest of times I hadn’t the foggiest as to what prime numbers really were (’tis what I get for not paying attention in earlier grades) and so figuring it out was a huge “Wait why couldn’t I figure this out on my own?”

Though I probably did know of them before, and just entirely forgot about it. Or just didn’t care. Sue me.

Point is, I now have knowledge and remember something I should have known in grade seven. So take it from me kids, pay attention in class.
