Last week I presented my Artist Movement group presentation on abstract expressionism. I also watched other presentations and did their activities. I drew a drawing of a dream for romanticism, I made and artist trading card for cubism, and for abstract expressionism we drew a portrait without lifting our pencils off of the paper.

I finished another painting for my inquiry project and I also practiced some different water colour techniques such as blending, wet on wet, dry brushing, and splatter. I watched Manny different tutorials and I am feeling more and more confident using watercolour.

I have also come up with my theme for my altered book. I have decided to do a nature theme, and I have also found some inspiring poems.

I am happy with the amount of work I did this week and I met all of my goals. My goal for this week is to decide on my next animal I want to paint for my inquiry project. I also want to start generating ideas for my altered book.
