Last week I created another artist trading card, presented my group presentation, and started gluing for my main collage project. I felt that I was productive last week because I got many things completed. I created an artist trading card that I think is my favourite one so far. I also got one of the group presentations over with, and  for my surrealism project. I am wanting to include lots of metamorphosis and fragmentation in it. I also have been looking through magazines and I found a landscape and I am collecting more supplies. I met my goals from last week and things went pretty much according to plan.  This week I want to actually start glueing more details to my surrealism project board, and I want to put everything together. My artist trading card that I made last week was a montage of different animals in the wild. I like this card because it is also like an eye spy game because it is a challenge to spot all of the different animals in the card such as a tiger, crocodile, elephant, and dear.

For My main collage, I searched for a back round and came across some cloud paper that I thought would be perfect for it. I have decided I want to use a sky with clouds for the background to symbolize the saying “head in the clouds”. I also started to figure out how I could get my ideas to fit the criteria. When I found the two heads I knew I wanted to use them as metamorphosis, and the products surrounding them would be used as fragmentation.
