Some ways your digital footprint could affect your future opportunities could be by making comments online regarding race or putting down other genders because you think the other gender is better than the other. Could be posting something inappropriate or sharing sensitive info about someone else.

Some strategies you can use are: Think before you comment or post anything on social media, Don’t leak/send pictures of anyone unless its a picture of yourself or your family without consent, make rules for what you post online. One rule could be don’t post anything harmful or anything that can make someone feel bad about themselves.

Something I learned from doing this exercise is that I shouldn’t post random things online without double checking. I should always think before I post or comment on social media and try to consider others before making a hateful post/speech. I would tell people not to do things that they wouldn’t do and try to think about others while making that decision.
