This week in Math 10 we learned a lot about factors, and one of the first things we learned about was a factor tree. A factor tree is used to easily find all the factors of a smaller number usually under 200. You first have to start at 2 and see if 2 can go into that number, in this case the number was 160 so 2 can divide into 160 by dividing it by 2 to get 80, and then you find what goes into 80 and so on… once you find all the factors you can do 160= 2x2x2x2x2x5 or
