lasagna Roll UpsĀ
So I picked the lasagna roll up lab to reflect on for may. I chose this lab because I would have never of thought to make this myself, and I thought my group did very well and I thought it tasted exactly like regular lasagna that my mom would make. I enjoyed this lab because it was very easy to make and was unique. Also it was cool to learn about how you have to rinse the noodles under cold water so that why would stop cooking and finish cooking in the oven. And it was the first time cooking with ground beef in the class. The final product turned out very well as in the lasagna noodles where cooked just right where the little curls on each side of the noodles where crisp and a little crunchy. Our group worked excellent together and that why I chose this lab, because each person had there own set role and job for the lab, Like before we started to cook, we assigned jobs for each person in the group, like one person was to cook the beef and noodles, the another was to rinse the noodle and cut them for the next person to fill and role them and pass them to the person with the pan ready with tomato sauce on the bottom ready to put them in one by one and name and date in and put it in the fridge. And then everyone did the duty for the kitchen properly. If I where to do this lab again I would change the protein to maybe turkey or chicken and add some bacon bits, then find a way to add more vegetables to the roles, like some carrot or onion. Oh and definitely add more cheese, or even 2 types of cheese.
Fantastic reflection, Isaac.
