1.       I used many dialogues to express the character of each character. And this essay had my thinking parts (my mind). That makes essay more interesting.

2.       I wrote many details to express characters’ idea and character. I described their expression and action to make sense. And my topic is a little bit special. Because I described many girls lived in one house. This will make people curious about the essay. Because that’s not something that happens to most people.

3.       Not very hard for me. Because at that time of writing essays, many things happened in my dormitory, which made me very angry and upset. I wanted to write down my feelings and thoughts. I think this essay gave me a chance.

4.       I think the most serious obstacles is grammar. I wanted to wrote a sentence to describe an environment, but I can’t make a sentence. And sometimes I wanted to use some senior words, but I can’t. I think I need to read more English books.

More girls more issues

I hate living with girls. When I lived in the girls’ dorm, my life was totally messed. Our dorm is a special one. There are seven Chinese girls, so my dorm always has the girls’ screaming, laughter and quarreling. Remember, more girls have more issues. Like fighting over boys, arguing heatedly for someone who doesn’t clean the washroom, or talk behind one’s bad. Sometimes issues make girls bring more issues, but if one of girls offers to apologize and communicate, it is a good way to solve the issues.

Our dorm’s issues are always about boys. I remember is my birthday. I made a birthday party. But there are two girls fought for a foreign boy’s Instagram account at my birthday party. I shouted, “Oh my god, what are you guys doing? Please stop it!” Everyone stopped talking, and they stopped fighting. Too awkward. Then dorm’s manager came. She spoke loudly and seriously, “Don’t you know fight in Canada is very serious? The police will catch you!” Then she went to outside and closed the door very powerfully. I was so scared and angry. Because I’ve never seen the manager so angry, they make my party so awkward, and they even fought for a boy’s account. They are crying right now. I think I should do something.

I took them upstairs to the room. Then I closed the door.

“Hey, tell me, what happened?” I tried to keep my voice down.

One of girls said, “I like that boy, but she has that boy’s Instagram. I want she cancel the follow. And she already has a boyfriend.”

I rolled my eyes. Are you kidding me? What should I say?

And another girl just cried. I gave her tissue, and let her relax and stop crying. Then I told them, “Are you guys ashamed of fighting over a boy? You’re teenagers, not children. You can’t fight even if the other person is doing something wrong. You can either remind her or ask her to apologize. If you realize you’ve done something wrong, apologizing is the quickest way to solve the problem. This will calm the situation and restore peace.” That girl stopped crying, and they both feel a shamed for the fighting. Finally, one of the girls offered to apologize to the other girl, they still get along as originally. That day, not bad. I learned a lesson on my birthday.

Dorm issues are always about cleaning. I live in a basement. Two people use one washroom. Spiders and flies sometimes appear in the basement. But spiders and flies never appear in my room. My room is not as damp as the basement. But her room was different. Cold, wet and dark. Sometimes spiders and flies visit her room. We promised that everyone must clean washroom every week. She always did a bad job. She doesn’t clean bathtub after shower. Bathtub and ground always have her hairs. I’m so mad. I have reminded her many times. But she still forgot. One day, I prepare to shower, but the washroom so messed. I can’t stand anymore. Then I yelled her, “Did you forget to clean washroom again?” She gave me a fake smile and said, “Oh sorry, I forgot.” Then she went back to her room.

  What? Don’t you clean the washroom? How can she do that? No, I can’t argue with her. Be calm! I need to change my way to talk with her. Maybe I shouldn’t yell at her. I need to communicate with her seriously.

Then I knocked her door: “Hey, Let’s talk about it!”

“Ok, fine. What do you want to say?” she said impatiently

“I mean I want you clean the washroom. First, it is my fault to yell at you loudly. I apologize to you. Second, I can’t stand you how don’t clean washroom. Don’t you remember we promised? I always clean the bathtub after shower, then you can take a nice bath. What about you?” I said.

She blushed: “Alright, I will clean the washroom. Sorry. And thank you for cleaning the washroom after shower.” Then she gave me a nice smile. That moment I felt the stone that had been hanging in my heart, finally hit the ground. I was so happy. And I also gave her big smile.

In the girls’ dorm, I learned many things. I finally get how to treat girls and how to solve girls’ issues. Actually, the issues aren’t terrible. What is terrible is that human beings do not know how to solve problems, some treatment methods may bring more issues. I finally get that I must learn to be patient when making friends, especially girls. Do this, and you won’t have issues with others. Offering to apologize and communicate is a good way to solve the issues.
