- Fitness Assessment Reminder
Step 1: Complete your fitness testing on your own and record your data on the Riverside at Home Fitness Testing file
Step 2: Record yourself doing the fitness testing and make it into a time-lapse video. The 5 km portion of the testing is not required in the time-lapse. In addition, if you are unable to do any parts of the fitness testing due to restrictions in your household, please do not do them.
Step 3: Complete the Riverside Monthly Self-Assessment
Step 4: Submit on Teams:
- Riverside Monthly Self Assessment
- Riverside Home Fitness Testing File
- Time-lapse video of your doing your fitness test
