This week, each and every day, take some time to think about your own Self-Care. Take time to make sure your personal, physical and mental wellness are cared for.

4. Wellness Wednesday Challenge – TP Spatula Flips

Step 1 – Get a spatula
Step 2 – Get a roll of TP
Step 3 – Watch the video below
Step 4 – Attempt all of the skillzzzz that have been demonstrated
Step 5 – Video yourself doing the regular TP flip (the first one) as evidence of your high score
Step 6 – Post your TP flip video in the Wellness-Challenge channel  as evidence of your high score and state the number of flips
