The discovery of DNA has proven Darwin’s theory. Since Darwin has seen that most species have similar physical characteristics, but it’s confirmed because of the similar DNA sequences between different species.  The discovery of DNA has changed how everyone sees evolution in present day, because we can see where most species originated from and what it’s past ancestors were. With DNA, scientists can try to recreate extinct species with their DNA codes.
