stretch the kitchen

our group had decided to make doughnuts, it was fun because none of us had made it before but we all were a little bit sceptical about making doughnuts in the oven. overall our turnout of the recipe didn’t work at all it was very liquid and ended up looking like very oddly shaped pancakes. I think the reason they didn’t turn out as well as we thought was because we used whole wheat flower instead of all purpose, I’m not exactly sure if this could affect the recipe but that’s what I’m pretty sure went wrong because we had done the directions as they were told.

and as you can see in the picture they don’t even look like doughnuts…
