Salad rolls

1.  I enjoyed making the salad rolls in home ec. I hadn’t known how to make salad rolls and now I’m glad that I got the opportunity to make salad rolls.

2.       To customize this recipe or make it healthier I think I would add water chestnuts, they are a great source of carbohydrates and are 1.8% of daily value for calories.

3.       Deep frying our food is very unhealthy for us, it is basically just adding fat to our foods which cause things like heart disease, heart attacks and obesity. There are also so many other alternatives to deep-frying for example: baking, roasting, grilling and steaming. Deep frying contains many calories. Fats and oils are used to deep fry foods.
