Is V more a terrorist or a freedom fighter? I believe The government was right to call V a terrorist because he killed many innocent people. And blew up buildings. He thought he was making it a better place to live but he was causing chaos. He kept the girl trapped in his house and wanted her to stay for a whole year even though he didn’t want to. He killed whoever got in his way.
