This school year, I’m embarking a new journey here at Riverside without my friends. When I think about how Grade 9 will unfold, my heart starts thumping with excitement, but at the same time, my mind can’t stop racing with fears. Am I academically ready for the new challenges? Will I meet new friends who can bear with my social awkwardness? Time will tell.

One thing that I look forward to is to implement a variety of technologies in my learning. I am also stoked about my upcoming woodworking course next semester. I hope to hone my skills with new tools and machines here at Riverside.

Overall, I’m proud to become a new member of the Rapid Nation. Let the fun begin!
