How does the artifact you selected demonstrate strengths & growth in the communication competency? In what ways might you further develop your communication competency? The artifact we chose can demonstrate communication competency growth by allowing us to talk to our partners what the project should be about, what platform to present on, who will do what part. This would give you opportunities to developed you communication skills. The artifact that we selected demonstrated strength was when there was the talking part of the project. Someone who is better at this strength could break the ice between the group or help someone out by using there communication skills that a further devolved then the other partners. In what ways might you further develop your communication competency? One way could be simply listening, listening can develop your communication competency by building a relation between you and your group and giving trust
