this is a orthographic projection of my phone it shows the dimensions and measures of the phone just like a real orthographic projection. Orthographic projections is used to show the 3 dimensions of the object and the measures too, the 3 dimension are the front, the top, the right-side views and also a 3d drawing as well, also known as isometric projection the 3 dimensional views of a object.
