Meteorite size not to scale
Raw data set:

I chose to present my data in a video because I believe it is the best way to visualize a data set consisting of many years. A data set like meteorite landings does not need every single point to be inspected, but instead the collection of them. A short video gives the audience an idea of the quantity of meteorites and their masses. I decided to create a rotating globe instead of a map projection because not only did it eliminate any inaccurate projections, but it gave me the opportunity for more animation and kept the points from getting too cluttered. I added a legend to the video so the audience could have context for the sizes and colours; mass and classification.
