They ate three main fishes including whitefish, Arctic Char and trout, and white whales. They hunted Canadian and blue geese, ducks, sea pigeons, gulls, terns and gathered eggs and berries. I think I could eat sort of foods like trouts or eggs or berries. Because trout is one of my favorite fish meal that I enjoy with tea and also I usually have eggs in breakfast and drink juice with berries. Their housing was disaster. Their shelters were just tents because there was not enough snow to build a snow house. I think it’s because of global warming that it is melting the Arctic’s snows and blizzards. I think I can’t live in the arctic. Because I’m useful to live in warm places as California, Texas, and Florida. Also, cold weathers and snows could make people caused hardship so they are able to exposed their starving life.

Look at page 32. Why are people relocating all the time?

The families received welfare payments were promised better living and hunting opportunities in new communities. They were joined by three families recruited from the more Northern community of Pond Inlet whose purpose was to teach the Inukjuak Inuit skills for survival in the High Arctic. The relocations have been disputed. The government said that volunteer families had agreed to participate in a program to reduce areas of perceived overpopulation and poor hunting in Northern Quebec, to reduce their dependency on welfare, and to resume a subsistence lifestyle.

Look at page 34. Why are there so many Indigenous peoples of the Arctic countries? Did the number surprise you? Yes or No? Why or Why not? Because I think There are many countries close to the Arctic. As you can see, Russia (Soviet Union), Canada, United States, Scandinavia, Iceland, Greenland (Denmark), and Hokkaido (Japan) these are the Arctic culture region places. But these did not surprised me. Because I knew before and I guessed these rates. There are lots of Arctic cultures across western or even oriental.
