This week in math 10 we learned about systems of linear equations. A system is two equations that we use to find x and y. The most important thing I learned from systems is about substitution. Substitution is an easier method to use to find x and y. When you first look at your equations you try to pick the one with the coefficient with an invisible 1 beside it. You also want to change the equation to y-intercept form. After you accomplish that you want to either replace x or y with that equation and from then on you can find both of your x and y.
