For my IT 10 project I re-created the “Thug Tug” scene from The Spongebob Movie.
What I learned:
I’ve learned new techniques such as using layers for my sprites to hide behind to create the illusion of them coming out of cover.
What was challenging:
One challenge I had along the way was trying to find good backdrops. I couldn’t find many parts in the movie that didn’t have anyone in the scene so I had to put sprites over them in many cases or even colour over them.
Why did you decide to make re-create this scene?
The Spongebob Movie has always been my favourite movie and I thought this scene would fit be fun to re-create in scratch.
