How to tell a website is reliable:
1: Based on facts and uses citations and references.
2: Looks professional. It needs to look organized and that the site creator put a lot of effort into the site.
3: Updated Regularly. Information changes in the future and that the site creator must always update it, to avoid incorrect knowledge.

A good website you can use to cite your sources is http://www.citationmachine.net/. This website cites your sources to avoid plagiarism and to indicate that your content did not originate from you.
