In math 10 this week we learned about more trigonometry but something that really stuck with me was doing a whole equation, now I know all the sides of the triangle and it makes more sense, I’m going to go through step by step with you on how to do a trigonometry equation.

(You will need a calculator that was Sine, Cosine, and Tangent,)

step 1: look at the equation carefully, and label each side Hypotenuse, Adjacent, and Opposite.

step 2: we want to find the Tangent so that will be opposite over adjacent.

step 3:  you divided the B by 9.6 and the 9.6 crosses each other out.

step 4: Now you multiple 9.6 x Tna 53 on your calculator (if doing on phone do  53 tan x 9.6)

step 5: your final result should be 12.7
