I thought this lab was very fun becuase we got to find our own recipe without the help of Mr. Brett, as well as experimenting new things. My group was able to find a fun recipe for brownies which we decided to make into brownie bowls with white icing. We did well changing the measurements from imperial to metric.  I was happy with the way my group worked well together and had fun making the brownies and icing. I think we could have found a better way to make the brownies into bowls, as some turned out undercooked. The icing was well made but the sprinkles we had were put in it which turned the colour grey. It still tasted very good! Next time if I made the brownies I would get a bowl mold and pour the mix into that or bake the brownies normally in a muffin tin and then make the bowls after they have come out of the oven when they are still soft. I would also try to do the lab a little quicker or try to clean up more while the brownies are baking to save more time. But in the end they still tasted good and I had a lot of fun making them.
