Salad Rolls Reflection – Foods 10

1. I enjoyed this lab because it was fun to make the rolls with the rice paper. It was kind of challenging to do it but fun to watch others try! It’s a good reciepe because you can pretty much add whatever you want into it which is why i like it so much.

2. To make the salad roll more healthier you could add more vegetables into it, use different noodles, just adding anything like vegetables or maybe meats would increase the nutritional value.

3. Deep fried foods are unhealthy for you because they contain lots of unhealthy fats like trans fat and artificial oil. They are bad because deep fried foods are very high in fats and calories. Deep frying foods also gets rid of the healthy nutrients in the food.
