I am researching the volunteer opportunities volunteering for the SPCA animal shelter either fostering an animal or volunteering in one of the shelters. This volunteer opportunity can benefit my future by providing me with more experience around animals and how to care for different animals. if I were to volunteer at an animal shelter I would be put with all sorts of animals and learn to care for them. I am passionate about this field of work because my whole life I have had a love for animals and have always wanted to care for them. This field of work ensures that I will be around animals but at the same time learning more about them, the way they work and the way they react to certain things.

The employment opportunity that I am researching is working at a pet store, for example, Petland. this employment opportunity could benefit my future by putting me around animals and cleaning after them, with having this sort of job on my resume could help me with showing that I do have experience with animals and with people. The kind of qualifications that require a person to have is that you can be flexible with the time, can you get to work on time, you like animals, you are willing to look the part and wear the uniform, you must be at least 16, and you can clean up after the animals. The current skills and qualifications I bring to the job are that I am flexible with time, I can get to work on time, I like animals, I can clean and look after them, and I am willing to look the part and wear a uniform. the steps a person would need to take to be suitable for this position is that you first you must be at least 16, then make a resume if you already have one, apply for the job, after you apply for the job, and they call you in for an interview that you show up, if you get the job then be ready to work and get calls to know when your hours are.
