The American Dream can mean different things to different people.  This is something that most people hope to achieve. The American Dream can include getting a good education, getting a well-paying job, buying a car, having a significant other, buying a home, having a family, and getting a pet.  The American Dream will include health and happiness for everyone.  For some people it can be aspiring to a better job than what they are currently doing, like the one and only Abraham Lincoln.  Abraham Lincoln used to be a farmer, then he had bigger plans of how he was going to live life.  He wanted to be President, so he worked very hard towards his humongous goal, and finally after lots, and lots, of hard work he became the President of the United States of America.  Eminem had a very rough childhood growing up in the rough areas of Detroit.  He had bigger plans than working at a low wage job, he wanted to be a hip-hop artist.  Eminem has been the king/god of rap for decades, and he still retains the title.  The American Dream is whatever life path makes you happy and successful.  To conclude, dream big because with hard work and determination, you can someday achieve your American Dream!!
