This week in math 10 We finished up our unit on linear relations with a Desmos project. I learned many things on how to use Desmos, One of the things being is writing an equation then making the line end. Today I will be going over how to how to graph a horizontal line and how to make it stop.
For our first example we have (-5,5), (0,5), (5,5) as our coordinates.
Step #1: Place the coordinate on the graph
Step #2: Write the the equation for the line (because the points are going straight across it has a slope of zero).
Step #3: as you can see the line does not stop to make it stop we need to create a domain.
How to write a domain:
Now that you know how to read a domain we can do the same thing in our equation.
