In week 10 of math 10 we learned about domain and range. The domain and input on a graph are referring to the X and Y axis. The domain is the X axis and the input is the Y axis. In the image below the domain of the line is equal to -3<x<3. The range of line is -2<y<3.  The way we know this is by the position of the dots on the graph below. The blue square indicates the range of the line. The red indicates the domain. This shows us the maximum width and length of the line.

Red=Domain Blue=Range
