I feel that I have not caused too much food waste in my life. First of all, every time I will eat most of my parents’ meals, it will not cause waste. Occasionally I sometimes prepare food that I don’t like very much, I will waste things, then I will communicate with my parents and tell them that I am not very accustomed to this kind of food.

Fire

If the pot is on fire, it is usually covered with a lid to extinguish the fire.

The fire is not particularly large. It is possible to shut off gas and electricity first.

Burns/Scalds

Rinse the wound with tap water. Both boiled water and steam burns can be rinsed under the tap

Correct dressing. After cleaning the wound, apply the ointment and carefully dress it with the sterilized gauze.

First remove the chemical first, then go to the hospital to prescribe the right medicine.

You can use cold water to stop the pain.

Slips/Trips/Falls

Try to move the part you are falling to see if there is a fracture.

After that, I have to check my own pain and fall. Is there a wound.

Cuts

If the wound is shallow, just do simple care.

If the wound is deep, it is recommended to go to the hospital.

Heavy Lifting

Posture when carrying heavy objects: When carrying heavy objects, the body should be slightly tilted back and the waist should be straight to maintain the balance of the body.
