The app was made for children 9+ so a teenager in grade 9 should be able to use it no problem, It provides enough information, however it is best use this info as a guide to locate better detailed answers. The app is an awesome source to use, I would recommend this app and suggest you use it to help you point out some less detailed versions of an answer to a question you might have, if you require more details, simply plug in the info you have. The app provides most of the basic knowledge on both electricity and magnetism, it is a useful tool to use as a guide or “key” to better information, but standalone, is not enough, there are not many science apps engineered for teenagers on the google play store. This app can really only be used for electricity and magnetism, unfortunately, but other apps do exist for other topics. Being that the app is engineered to be easy enough for a 9 year old to navigate, the app is basically an expectation that a teen should have no problem exploring.
