A digital footprint one of the things about the 21st century that are important to understand and to utilize To the best of your ability to be positive to ensure the best chance of getting a job or other things, here are three questions about digital footprints that I am answering in this post
Question 1 : How might your digital footprint affect your future opportunities
This could go many ways as if your digital footprint is positive then you might have better opportunities like a better chance at getting hired for a job as they might search your name up on Google or any other search engine. If they find positive things about you, you will have a better chance at getting a job, But if its negative you may have your chances of getting a job shattered but if you have not been doing many things online or don’t use social media you may not even have a digital footprint which is most likely a good thing. Digital footprints can also affect your chances of getting into college as negative footprints can stop you from getting into college

Question 2 : Describe at least three strategies that you can keep your digital footprint appropriate and safe
A digital footprint can be hard or easy to maintain but the first strategy for having a positive digital footprint is to stay off Social Media as they can be tied to you through many different means,+ if you stay off of it will increase your chance of staying anonymous or off the search engines.
Another strategy for having a positive digital footprint is to Try and keep all posts on your social media positive, healthy, and mature, so if someone finds out your account they will not find any inappropriate or negative things.
Strategy number 3 is definitely is a more Expensive option but getting a V.P.N. Can help you stay anonymous to most people and threats which will most likely help your digital footprint.

Question 3 : What information did you learn that you would pass on to other students? How would you go about telling them?
I would pass on that this digital footprint is important for your future opportunities and that I would not recommend using social media as it is a major contribution to digital footprints, I feel like I would take a while for me to tell the other person as I am quite lazy and also it would be more casual of a sentence also
