For my quote, i used a picture of me as a baby because it relates/represents growing up and becoming your own person which is what the quote is talking about. This quote helps me realize that no matter my upbringing and how my family has raised me, and their own beliefs, I completely get to decide my own morals and thoughts and what kind of person I want to grow into. My parents and I are extremely different people so sometimes it’s hard with how they’re raising me because I don’t always agree with things they say or do, but ultimately this quote represents how even though they definitely influence me and I’m extremely grateful for what they do for me, I can still become who I want to become without following their exact footsteps.
