Today in Science we worked on DNA models and what made up DNA. We were given a lab, and we were to find definitions of some terms and also write down some things of some famous scientists in our own words. After we were finished, we went up and got 2 pieces of red liquorice, 18 coloured marshmallows, and 9 toothpicks. We were to put specific pairs of Thymine (Orange) and Cytosine (Pink) and the other pair of Adenine (Yellow) and Guanine (Green). After we had finished we twisted it to make it look like DNA, took it apart and ate it.
