This week in Pre Calculus 11 we were reunited with the basics of math. Our first unit began with the introduction to sequences and series. The unit required the ability to identify patterns in a list of numbers and find a specific term in that sequence and the sum of the Series of numbers. Some things I understood is calculating the sequence by using the formula below, I found this easier than the series formula because the n‘s where harder to find. The biggest problem that crossed my path was finding the n value in both formulas I also had trouble showing my work and I realized that when I wrote everything out, my work would become very messy. The biggest thing I need to look out for in the future is keeping my work simple and neat so I myself can see what I am writing and taking clearer notes to help me with homework.
