A) For the social media character project, I chose to do Napoleon as my character. The reason why I chose him is because a more negative character would be easier to describe then a happy character. I chose to do the Instagram option because I am more familiar with Instagram, and I thought it would be more in my comfort area to do something I’m familiar with.

b) The novel that we read for English was called Animal farm by George Orwell.

C) In the story Animal farm, the farm animals represent a person in the Soviet Union. The animal tried to make communism on the farm but failed. The pigs were better then the animals but in particularly Napoleon was the leader of everyone.

D) Direct characterization means that the author physical said something about that animal in the story. Indirect characterization stands for steal. Speech, think, effects, actions, looks.

E) An example of direct characterization is “The working of teaching and organizing the others fell naturally upon the pigs, who were generally recognised as being cleverest of the animals.

F) An example of indirect characterization is Speech: “Do you know who is responsible for this? Do you know the enemy who has come in the night and overthrown our windmill? SNOWBALL!” Napoleon blamed Snowball for the damage of the windmill but in reality, it was poorly made so it didn’t survive the windstorm.

G) What I wrote about the story reflects Napoleons view on the windmill and the farm.
